Our Story
We are TKO Homes, a family-owned and operated company. Our business started in Twin Falls, and over more than two decades we have built up a deep knowledge of the Idaho housing market. What does “TKO” stand for? It stands for us: Todd and Kim Ostrom. Since 2022, our son Hunter Ostrom has been the general manager of TKO Homes.
Our commitment is simple: build top-quality homes that stay affordable and within reach. We want to change the old line in the building industry that “you get what you pay for.” We are proud to be an affordable builder that doesn't compromise on the quality of your home. We believe what goes around comes around, and that's why we work hard to make sure your new home can become a reality.

Who We Are
Todd & Kim Ostrom
Founders
TKO stands for Todd and Kim Ostrom. We started the company in Twin Falls in 2000, and over 25 years we have built up a wealth of experience across the Magic Valley, the Treasure Valley, and many other places throughout Idaho. It has been a family company from the first house, and it still is.
Todd came from a background in sales and merged his love of selling with his love of building. Through more than two decades of challenges and triumphs, he mastered the art of putting out an affordable product, and that is what gives TKO its edge. He has always said that if you keep the customer in mind with every decision, the business will work. That is why the customer will always be our highest priority.
Hunter Ostrom
General Manager
2022 marked a significant chapter in my life: I became the general manager of our family business, and I run our day-to-day operations. I have a BA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, but my real education came from a lifetime of learning under the wing of my father, Todd. I chose to follow in his footsteps because I believe in what we stand for: building affordable homes without compromising on quality.
Beyond the blueprints, you can catch me outdoors or around sports. Golf gave me a long playing career at both the University of Notre Dame and the University of Texas. Looking ahead, I bring a fresh perspective, a commitment to our values, and a dedication to keep building homes that stand for quality and affordability. Welcome to the next chapter of TKO Homes.
Kerigan Morris
I was born and raised in Homedale, Idaho, and I have always appreciated the towns and communities we build in. I grew up in a family that works in construction, so building homes is not only something I know but something I love. We make every house feel like a custom home by bringing value and good design to every part of it. Our goal is to make every town better by creating homes that are worth having.
We take pride in using high-quality materials and craftsmanship to build lasting homes our customers will enjoy for years to come. Community is at the core of what we do, and we work to create places that bring people together and become part of the fabric of every town we build in.
